Re-Opening the Doors at the Longevity Performance Center

Legacy Medical Centers
Longevity Performance Center - Pittsburgh

Would you agree that one of the most challenging parts of sheltering in place was missing a good workout?

Sure, there were walks and bike rides – and online classes and improvised weights and bands – but a good, all-encompassing “my body needed that” workout was hard to come by.

That is why we are so excited to be able to say,

“The doors are open at Longevity Performance Center!”

and introduce you to Justin Lamber, the new Manager of Fitness, Performance and Recovery

The Longevity Performance Center (LPC) at our McCandless location was officially launched in February. And then…like everything everywhere else, it became necessary to close in March.

And now we are back.

When you come to the Longevity Performance Center and use the revolutionary eGym equipment, you receive a customized workout.

When you return, the equipment automatically resets using data and information from your previous visit. You will be challenged each time – improving your strength, endurance, and fitness. You know eGym is a complete workout because eGym is designed to be your complete workout.

You can be assured that all recommended COVID safety protocols are in place – we are going above and beyond when it comes to your health. (Currently, the hours at LPC are 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.)

When you are finished with the workout – you have options for amazing restorative services:

Who will be your LPC coach, encourager, and biggest cheerleader?

Justin Lamber!

Justin recently joined our team as Manager of Fitness, Performance and Recovery. Justin will be in your corner as you become stronger, healthier, and fitter.

Involved with sports his whole life, Justin was drafted by the Kansas City Royals in 1997 out of the University of Richmond. Justin spent a decade playing professional baseball.

With his pro career behind him, Justin returned to New Jersey, where he coached football, baseball, and wrestling for his hometown high school. Justin also provided professional instruction for athletes who wanted to improve their baseball skills.

He discovered his passion is training athletes, as well as people of all ages, to improve their performance and overall fitness. This passion is what brought Justin to be a part of the Longevity team. (It does not hurt that he is a huge Steelers fan!)

Justin lives in Upper St. Clair with his wife, Anna, and daughter, Savannah. Justin enjoys fishing, working out, and participating in all sports. He is excited to be teaming up with the Legacy Medical Centers chiropractors and physical therapist to provide you with complete health and wellness services. With his upbeat personality, you will look forward to coming to the LPC.

Come by for a complete tour of the LPC and restorative services.
